Like any other inventory item, the Item ID must be unique throughout the entire system. Then type in the Item Description, the Hourly item Type. Usually you won't need subcategories.
Round to the Nearest X minutes will make sure that you are at the correct interval. For instance, if you rent a game that is billed hourly, but you might want to round it to the nearest 5 minutes.
The Minimum Charge will always be charged.
Unit = X minutes. This is for the pricing quantities. If you charge by the hour, put in 60. If you charge by the 1/2 hour, put in 30. Then the quantities in the pricing would then be 1/2 hour increments.
