A Real Windows Video Rental Program, not a dressed up DOS program!

Major New features ....

Improved Photo ID: Photo ID now uses the twain driver in Windows. What does this mean? It means you don't have to run the camera software to take pictures! Just click or push F12 at the rental screen and take your picture! A new feature displays a small thumbnail picture without pushing any buttons at the rental screen.

Real time coupons: Coupons are now real time, meaning you can use a coupon and the free rental in the same transaction. This is great for news paper coupons like rent one and get one free with this coupon.

New Report Layout manager: A new tool that lets you send data to a report maker. Reports can be viewed, printed, emailed, or exported to a web page. we have added 3 bar code reports, 2 DVD case reports and more. You can even copy a report then modify it to whatever you want.  There are 3 new invoices for ink jet and laser printing.

Pin Pad compatible: Use a numeric keypad so customers can input their own PIN number when doing rentals. This means that unless they gave out their PIN number it is them renting the movies. 

Email marketing: Email your customers by any of our current selections features. Select by last date rented, late charges due, overdue movies, birthdays, owe/due credit, status, memo content, new customers, zip code, high/low activity, or high purchase amount. Select a letter to send to selected customers, click send and your email is automatically generated. 

Optional add on programs.

Tanning: Built right in, sell tan sessions or minutes, packages of sessions or minutes, rent them a video and sell them some tanning lotion all in one transaction on one screen. Then when customers want to use up tans, bring the bed up and 'rent' it to them for x amount of minutes. This way there is a history for each bed and each customer, showing how long and how often they tan.

Auto Create a Web Page: Select Inventory items, perhaps your New Releases, and select certain fields, like the title and the class and rating. Then you can customize what the page will look like by clicking on some options to control how your inventory list appears. Click a button, and a web page is automatically created and uploaded to your web site. You can save your options so next time, you just click one button and it automatically updates your web site.

Export Inventory and Customers

Export customers or inventory to ASCII files, DBase III and IV, Excel, HTML for internet. Works with our Video Utility program to select the customers or inventory you want to export.

Rental Sales Packages: The rental / sales packaging will allow you to create pre-made packages with rentals and sales. For instance get a new release, 2 regular movies, and you get a soda and popcorn all for $10. The package actually prompts the clerk for the movies and rents them for the pre-set price and number of days.
