| 1. | Select the customer like you are going to rent or sell them an item. |
| 2. | Return the item if it has not been returned (for rental items only) |
| 3. | Put the item on the screen like you are going to rent or sell it. |
| 4. | Highlight the item with the F9 key or the mouse. |
| 5. | Press CTRL-V. The R/S/F column of the screen will change to VR, VF, or VS. |
| 6. | Process the transaction. |
This should be done separately from any other transaction so it shows clearly in the cash file. Do not rent or sell an item as you are doing a Void.
