This form shows the detail of each transaction. Information such as the clerk name,
type of transaction and amount. The Transaction Form also shows the clerk ID and drawer
number (if you have more then one) and customer ID. Remember, you will NOT see any inventory information here. This is the total of one transaction. These are the records that you depend on for accurate financial information, as you reconcile your cash drawer using the transaction records.
Individual information about inventory is only recorded in history.
