When you rent a bed, and complete the transaction, the minutes are tracked, and even shown if the customer paid for the minutes by membership, sessions, minute packages, or walk-in. Total sessions is how many times the tanning bed was used overall. Walk-in revenue is if the customer walked in and paid for the rental of the bed directly, without using any kind of tanning package.
Last Date Timed and Replace Bulbs are dates that YOU will fill in manually, for your own records. Last Date Used is filled in by the program.
