You will notice that the Tanning Bed Editing form is about the same as all inventory, with some minor yet important differences.
Of course you will need a unique Item Number that is different than any item (sales, rentals, etc.) in the entire system.

Then the Item type. An item type table will be displayed that only shows item types for tanning beds.
Sub categories are probably not necessary.
The Inventory Type is a Bed Rental.
Default minutes can be overridden at the POS Screen, and it is definitely a good idea to fill this in.
