From here you can make an entry in the Cash File. This is for paying out cash out of the cash drawer. You can also make balancing entries by putting in a negative amount. For instance you may have reconciled your cash drawer and you are off, and have more money in the computer than the cash drawer, a negative entry here would make it balance.
