The memorize tools are used in conjunction with the Rental Wizard. If the Rental Wizard is not checked, the memorize tools are not used.
This is a great feature, but knowing how to use it is very important, so read carefully, and try it a few times.
Basically the program will memorize the fields that you have checked. You only want to check the fields that will remain the same, most of the time. For instance, if you are entering a bunch of comedy dvd's that are all new, all cost the same, all the same used price, etc., then check those fields. If you change a field (that is a memorized field) while you are entering the information in the inventory, then the next inventory item will use the new change. Planning during entering your inventory can be a help here.
The screen will look just like the Rental Inventory Form, but the Quantities and Amounts screen will not be used.
The Lookup Titles requires you have installed the titles (brought to you as a courtesy of Rentrak). This will let you enter the barcode of a movie, and bring in all of the available information. Usually the information is older, and not used for new releases.
