Getting Started

Ok, this section is for you if you just now got the program. Where do you start? If you have no data in the program at all, what do you do.

You really need to go ahead and just read about the Browse Tables and the editing forms. This will give you the basics.

1. Fill out the Company setup Information.

2. Fill out More Company Info.

Read all about it in the Store Maintenance Chapter.

3. Make at least one inventory item. While you're in there, fill out all the tables, Type Table, Classifications, etc. This will make it much easier for adding inventory in the future.

4. Now go ahead and try to rent or sell something in the POS. You will need to add a customer, select them, and complete the transaction. Read all about it in the POS Chapter.
