If a family member comes in, they may only know their particular Family ID. You can type or scan in the family ID number and press enter, the main customer will be brought in for POS screen 2, but the family member will be displayed as the one renting. Remember, all family members actually rent under the main account holder. The only difference is the history has the family ID number recorded for future reference.
