Customer Memo - Displays information in a customers memo (if there is any) when turned on.
Membership Expired - Alert screen if membership is expired.
Credit Card has Expired - If there is credit card information and the card is expired, an alert will be displayed.
Birthday Today - Plays a birthday song when it's their birthday

Money Owed on Acct - Displays an alert screen to let you know they owe on their account.
Customer has Reservations - Let's you know they have reservations.
Movie Previously Rented - When renting a movie, if the customer has seen that title (the title must be spelled the same), an alert screen is displayed. (One more reason not to make the title different just because it is a VHS or DVD format!)
Verify Movie Rents Free - When renting, if a customer has free movies coming, the program will Ask if they want to use their free movie.
Price not in Matrix - Let's you know you don't have a price matrix for this item type. Only use this for testing your matrix pricing. Remember, you really don't need prices in the price matrix unless it is a special price, or overriding the number of days to rent.
