There are several ways to keep your customers coming back
to your
store, and not going to the competition.
One of them is to
give them a free movie every once in a while.
Rent 10 get one free, even 15 or 20, although the higher
numbers
aren't that effective. When you tell a customer they have
a free
movie coming, you will notice their face light up, well,
maybe not
all customers. The point is, why stay loyal to you unless
there is
some kind of recurring benefit? They won't!
You may already be using this technique. And if you are,
make sure
you advertise it in big print somewhere obvious in your
store,
advertise it in your newspaper ads, and advertise it in
the emails
you send to your customers.
