VMT Software has several types of invoices that are compatible with our software, we do this as a convenience for our customers.
Since our Video Programs use many kinds of Invoices, up to 12 different types, I have not scanned them all in. Below are two of the most popular invoices we use.

Invoice G300
G300 ( Which looks better in person ) is a single thickness, tear in the center form. It uses condensed print commands for IBM graphics compatible dot matrix printers. Make sure you test print Invoice 3 before you order. This is our least expensive form and our best seller.
Price as of 11/97 is 10.55 per thousand, a box has 5000 forms.
Invoice G100 and G400
Invoice 400 is pictured above. Invoice 100 has the same layout, but the rental agreement has been moved to the back of the form. These invoices are available in one or two part forms. They are best when used with an IBM graphics compatible dot matrix printer.
Prices as of 11/97
1 Part - 12.25 per thousand, 5000 to a box.
2 part - 21.95 per thousand, 3500 to a box.
Make sure you remember there will be an additional fee for freight.
