As you can see, it is simple to
change a security level. And even if you get an update from
us and we add more security areas, our system will not touch
your current settings, only add to them.
And for even
better security, we recommend you give yourself a level 9
with a password when you first start using the software. You
cannot change passwords or security levels without a level
9. Then give yourself a clerk or manager level under a
different name for times when you are just renting movies
and you have clerks in house. Once you add a User Name
and/or password, the program will then start asking you for
it when it first starts up.
