Security is very important in
software these days. Our software excels at security. You
can assign one of nine levels of security to each clerk. We
have already setup security to assume clerks at a level 5,
managers at a level 7, and of course the owner at level 9.
So all you really have to do is set the level for the clerk.
However, there are going to be areas where you want your
clerks to get to. That is when you go to the security level
definitions. It is easy to find an area as we have
categorized areas of the program. Then just change the level
of that area so your clerks can (or cannot) access it. There
are 82 areas of security.
