If the number you typed, or scanned for customer is not on file Video Deluxe will bring up a customer list where you can find the customer by Name, Phone #, or ID. New customers can be added from here. Pressing F3 on the last screen will also bring you to this customer lookup. When you start typing the customers last name Video Deluxe will take you to the closest match automatically.
